Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY


We want things to be as simple as possible when it comes to shipping. 


Delivery is currently to the United Kingdom only


Free Delivery on orders over £50

Standard UK delivery is £4.95 (unless otherwise stated) 

Local Pick-up is available to customers who wish to collect their order from our business address in Oakwood, London. We will provide the full address once your order is ready for collection. 


It is our aim to have your items dispatched within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. In the unlikely event of a delay we will always contact you by email to let you know. Please let us know if you need your parcel urgently and we will endeavour to do our best to get it to you as soon as possible. 


As we are a small independent business there may be some instances in which we're unable to fulfil your order immediately. If ever this is the case, we’ll be in touch straight away to discuss your options.


We try our best to be as environmentally friendly as possible when packing your order. 


RETURNS


We really hope you love your purchase but if you would like to return an item, all we ask is that you return the product unused, and in perfect resalable condition within 14 days of receipt. 


Please help us keep track of any returns by emailing us at hello@thepetitepshop.co.uk before returning any goods. Quote your name, delivery address and reason for the return. Alternatively you can call us on: 07900211422. Once you have contacted us via email or telephone and the return has been agreed, we will advise you of the address to which you should send your returns.


Postage for returns is at your own cost and we will not be able to refund this. We suggest sending your returned goods via recorded delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for items that go missing in the post. 


FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS 


We check all items prior to dispatch, but should an item arrive faulty or damaged, please let us know immediately (within 2 days of receipt), and we will work out the best way to rectify it.
We will require photographic evidence of any damage. We will of course then assist with an exchange (where stock is available) or a full refund. 


In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty/incorrect item and you have to return it to us we will refund the cost of postage in full.
